Terms of Service

These terms set out how Lead Recovery Solutions provides its service to you.

1. The Service

Lead Recovery Solutions provides AI-based call handling for your business, including answering enquiry calls, responding to common questions, and booking appointments/discovery calls. The service does not currently include a CRM or client management dashboard.

2. Pricing

Your monthly fee reflects the tier agreed at signup. If your actual call volume significantly exceeds what was estimated, Lead Recovery Solutions reserves the right to review and adjust your monthly fee accordingly, with reasonable notice given in advance.

3. Setup Fee

A one-off setup fee applies, payable before onboarding begins.

4. Payment

Monthly fees are billed on the same date each month via Stripe. If a payment fails, we'll notify you and attempt to collect again before pausing the service.

5. Cancellation

Either party may end this agreement with 30 days' written notice. No refund is given for the setup fee once onboarding has begun.

6. Data

Call data and customer information handled through the AI system will be used only to deliver the service to you and will not be shared with third parties, except where required to operate the service itself.

7. Liability

Lead Recovery Solutions will take reasonable care to ensure the AI system operates accurately. However, we cannot guarantee the AI will be error-free at all times, and our liability for any loss arising from an error or missed call is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding one month.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. You'll be notified of any material changes before they take effect.
